About Me: Marcia Massotti holds a degree in Economics from PUC-RJ, as well as a master in Finance from IBMEC.

Her professional career began in 1998 at the financial market, where she worked for 4 years. From 2002 to 2006, she worked at the telecommunication industry, all this period in the Administration, Finance and Control unit. She started at Enel Group in 2006, where she specialized in Planning and Control activities and as a CEO´s assistant.

Since 2014 she has been Head of Sustainability of Enel in Brazil, forming the unit. Her responsibility is to spread the sustainability strategy all over the companies, introducing the concept of Creating Shared Value and developing more than 250 sustainability projects, with an average of 2 million beneficiaries per year. She is also responsible for the Brazilian Sustainability Plan and Annual Report, and to disseminate the culture of sustainability through the value chain and the employees.

She is a former member of the Board fort the Global Compact Brazilian Network, disseminating the Agenda 2030 and the SDG in the country.
