Terms and Conditions

1. Ownership and Operation

This website belongs to GlobeScan Incorporated ("GlobeScan") and the EU Horizon GreenGrocer research and innovation fund ("GreenGrocer"). For the purposes of this document, GlobeScan and GreenGrocer shall also be referred to as "we" and "our".

2. Agreement to be Bound by These Terms and Conditions

Your use of this website and any services, data, or other material provided to you on, or from, or through the website by GlobeScan and GreenGrocer (collectively called the "Services"), is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you, GlobeScan and GreenGrocer. 9. Identifying Users and Disclosing User Submissions

We will cooperate with law enforcement, court orders, or subpoenas requiring disclosure of user identity.
