About Me:
Viktoriya Brand has been part of Deutsche Bank’s Sustainability division since 2012, contributing to the development of the bank’s sustainability strategy, including its sustainable finance framework and governance. In her role, she has been shaping Deutsche Bank’s environmental and social standards and policies, including those for the bank’s core client business, and has maintained an ongoing dialogue with key stakeholders, including ESG rating agencies and NGOs.
Since October 2025, Viktoriya has led the Sustainability Intelligence Unit within the Chief Sustainability Office. In this capacity, she is responsible for identifying and assessing emerging sustainability topics and trends in support of advancing the bank’s sustainability agenda.
Viktoriya represents Deutsche Bank in several external initiatives, including the Banking Environment Initiative (BEI) convened by Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) and the Conference Board’s Sustainability Roundtable.
Since January 2026, she has also served as a member of the EU Platform on Sustainable Finance for its third mandate.
