About Me: I have more than 20 years' experience in advising the world's largest financial institutions and multinational companies on complex compliance and regulatory issues, often involving cross-border issues and emerging markets. I am regularly asked to advise on issues related to global financial sanctions and money laundering rules and have undertaken highly confidential internal investigations and compliance reviews for clients in the financial and regulated sector.

Increasingly, I works with clients on risk, ethics and governance issues arising out of the cutting edge of technology, such as blockchain and AI. In that context I am working as part of Jones Day's anti-human trafficking initiative to establish how new technologies can be used in the fight against modern slavery.

I am the co-chair of the Jones Day Women's Group, passionate about developing the next generation of female business leaders, and an external member of the Policy Committee of the Solicitors Regulation Authority in the UK, where I regularly engage with access to justice issues in a national context.
