About Me: Tracy Cambridge is the Responsible Sourcing Manager for Thai Union Group PCL. based in Europe. She has focused her career in the maritime industry and worked across the government, private and non-governmental sectors. Fisheries and seafood have been a focus for her the last decade, including sustainability, illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing, traceability, working conditions and multi-stakeholder projects.

She is also a trained professional for auditing seafood supply chains including social standards, and leads the implementation of Thai Union’s Fishing Vessel Improvement Program and Vessel Code of Conduct.
