About Me: Florian is Quality Manager at Frozen Fish International. This factory is the highest volume site for frozen fish consumer products in the world and more than 95 % of the fish on site is MSC certified.

The site holds a MSC COC since 2003 and Florian was part of the first audit and has maintained this certificate ever since.

Florian is Chair of the scientific and technical committee of the German Fish Trade association and is a trained auditor and is part of the cross factory work teams writing frozen food GMPs allergen policies etc. He has extensive seafood audit experience e.g. Alaska, China, Vietnam.
